Unable to open workspace c:\agdekarta

When I downloaded OSM data to ARcGIS with the tool from the toolbox i got the message :

Uable to open the workspace at c:\agdekarta.

What have I done in the wrong way?

Apologies for the delay. A question regarding your error: Are you loading your .osm file into an existing geodatabase or feature dataset (e.g., c:\agdekarta)? If so, does that geodatabase or feature dataset allow overwriting its contents? If it doesn't, you'll see the error you reported.
